Safeguarding

Everyone at Chichester Nursery School works to help keep children safe from harm by providing a secure environment for children and their families.

Staff work closely with children and their families to build relationships, which result in a better ability to notice changes in behaviour and attitudes.  With this knowledge we are able to provide support or take appropriate action to ensure all are kept safe, both at home and in the school.

The Designated Safeguarding Lead is Clare Blanchard, Head of School. 

In her absence, the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads are:

Claire May, Baby Room Lead

Ruth Campbell, Executive Head

If you have concerns about a child, you must:

• Report it immediately to one of the Designated Safeguarding Leads
